Oversight Committee, Meeting Minutes

Due to various reasons the Venetian Gardens Homes Association (VGHA) Oversight Committee

has not been able to meet since the September 2023 meeting. Today’s meeting was called to

order by Bobbi Baker-Hughes at 6:07 PM.

Bobbi welcomed all to the meeting. Those in attendance were Bobbi Baker-Hughes, Chair;

Wendy Thompson, VGHA Board Representative; Kay Honeycutt, and Mike Hallauer. Absent; Lisa

Shepard.

Minutes from the September 28, 2023, meeting were approved.

The review and revision of the Association ByLaws was the main topic of discussion for this

meeting. We are diligently discussing what editing may need to be done in order to present the

next Draft to the VGHA Board for their review and consideration.

The next meeting of the committee will be held the second Thursday evening in February 2024,

at 6:00 PM. The meeting was adjourned at 7:29 PM.
