Oversight Committee, Meeting Minutes

Due to technical difficulty the Venetian Gardens Homes Association (VGHA) Oversight

Committee was called to order via Zoom by Bobbi Baker-Hughes at 6:21 PM CDT.

Bobbi welcomed all to the meeting. Those in attendance were Bobbi Baker-Hughes, Chair;

Wendy Thompson, VGHA Board Representative; Lisa Shepard and Mike Hallauer. Absent; Kay

Honeycutt.

The review and revision of the Association’s ByLaws document was under discussion as we

prepared to present the latest draft to the VGHA Board of Directors. We also discussed

creating a summary to provide some clarity to the changes we are submitting. The meeting

with the board is tentatively set for March 27 th .

The next meeting of the committee will be held the second Thursday evening in April which is

April 11, 2024, at 6:00 PM. The meeting was adjourned at 7:16 PM.
