Oversight Committee, Meeting Minutes

The meeting of the Venetian Gardens Homes Association (VGHA) Oversight Committee was called to order by Bobbi Baker-Hughes at 6:19 PM. Due to technical difficulties the meeting started late. 

Bobbi welcomed all to the meeting. Those in attendance were Bobbi Baker-Hughes, Chair; (Via Zoom), Wendy Thompson, VGHA Board Representative; Mike Hallauer, Kay Honeycutt, (Via Zoom) and Lisa Shepard.

The minutes from the March 9, 2023, meeting were approved as presented. 

It was noted that the Oversight Committee meeting, which was scheduled for April 13, 2023, did not take place because it was cancelled. 

Revising the current Association Bylaws was still the main topic of discussion for this meeting. We are making quite a bit of headway on incorporating each Article and Section into language that is easier to read and follow through. Committee members are working well as a team to gather information needed to complete this task.    

The next meeting of the committee will be held the second Thursday evening in June 2023, at 6:00 PM. The meeting adjourned at 8:59 PM.
